return policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return most non-installed items for refund or exchange within 21 days of receipt.

  • Products must be new, unused (never installed) and unaltered (no clipped wires).
  • The entire fixture must be returned with all accessories and in its original packaging and factory carton.
  • Products must be repackaged properly in the original packaging and be received in sellable condition.
  • A copy of the original receipt must be inside the carton.
  • Contact us by phone or email upon receipt of items you wish to return. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) will be issued to you. This number must be included inside the returned box.
  • If items are damaged upon receipt, a photograph of the item must be taken, and sent to us via email within 48 hours.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. The cost of shipping will be subtracted from the total refund or credit amount.
  • We recommend including insurance on your return shipment. We cannot accept damaged items.
  • Clearance items are final sale.
  • Custom items are final sale. Custom items are anything we do not stock in the showroom and have to order specially for you, as well as anything being custom-made for you. The sales representative who gets in touch with you about your order will let you know if any items you have chosen are custom order.
