we will do:

customers,we will send you advance notifications
of major sales events in our showroom and
provide you a preferred customer status
to get you to the 'front of the line' (that's
usually access to sale items a few days
in advance of the sale event).
- For our trade customers,
we will keep you advised of any developments
in our products and services specific to
your interests.
- We will let you
know if we post any extraordinary deals
on our web site.
- We will send a
short newsletter not more than four times
a year with a range of lighting ideas,
tips and product announcements.
- We will give you
the opportunity with every mailing to allow
you to easily opt out of the mailing list.

we won't do:
- We won't abuse
the privilege that you have given us by
providing us with your name.
- We won't ever ever
ever (and we mean never!) sell your name
and e-mail address to any third party.
- We won't send you
streams of useless unwanted information.
- We won't send any
type of solicitation from any other party.
- We won't keep sending
you messages if you ever opt out of mailing
list.
- We won't break
these promises to you - we have a reputation
of trust from our customers that's been
built over the past 50+ years that we take
very seriously.
