Web Site Visitors and Customers:

We do respect your privacy and will not abuse the trust you place with us by visiting our site and when completing any forms. We do not provide any information to third parties about our web site visitors. Furthermore, we do not use 'cookies' or any other means to track any personal information about your web site visit.

If you complete an information request form or feedback form, any information you provide to us will be treated with the same degree of respect for privacy as we provide our showroom customers (as discussed below).

Showroom Customers:

Upon completing a purchase from you, we may request your name and address so we can keep track of purchases with us. Please note that information is used only internally - and we assure you that we will never sell any portion of any customer information in our database to an outside third party. We never have in over ten years that we have been collecting this type of information on our computer system.

To further ensure the privacy of our customer information, we maintain our customer database on a seperate computer system internal to our company that is not attached to this web server nor in any way to the internet. Hence our database is not accessible to any 'hackers' or other outside intruders.

We have also designed our system so that payment information (such as credit card numbers) are not maintained within our customer name and address database (our customer master file). We then further encode and maintain all of our customer data in such a manner that is not easily readable by any other computer system.

We truly respect the information given to us by our customers and have taken stringent security measures so as to not abuse that privilege.
