Our History: It didn't take long for Chuck to outgrow the space in his parents home and he moved to larger premises at 343 Adelaide Street West. There the product line expanded to include a wide range of table and floor lamps as well as coffee tables. Working from his showroom and showcasing at wholesale trade shows, the business quickly grew. In 1962 the company moved once again to 647 King Street West, where it built a strong reputation and loyal customer following. A wide range of lighting fixtures was added to the rapidly expanding product line. Once again, the company outgrew its space and so in 1971 Chuck took the biggest step of his working years and moved to a huge new facility on Cartwright Avenue, our current location. Chuck established what became known as one of the premier lighting showrooms in Canada. While the company has expanded its product offering, moved into numerous new commercial markets for specific lighting products, and developed an expertise in residential and commercial lighting design, it remains committed to the core principal of serving our customers in a friendly and caring manner, just as Chuck did the first time he opened his doors. Presidents' Message: Since 1949 we have been providing lighting solutions and working closely with architects, designers, contractors, builders, and homeowners. Over the years our company has grown to become one of the greatest suppliers of lighting products in Canada. Our goal is to provide a complete selection of lighting products for every application and budget while maximizing quality and style. In addition to our e-commerce site, we maintain a large facility located in the middle of the Greater Toronto Area that is stocked with over 20,000 items from the best manufacturers in the industry from all around the world. Lighting is our only business. With so many changes in lighting technology these days, our sole focus on lighting ensures that we can continually provide the expert advice and award winning lighting consultation services that we are famous for.
